Ciutat De Barcelona Hotel

Loved the helpful and friendly staff. Appreciated the later check-out option. The room was spacious and the bathroom was fresh and larger than most. Enjoyed the tiny balcony, although it was connected to the bathroom. The terrace was our favorite spot, and the pool was just enough to relax by. We could order drinks and food from the bar and restaurant. Great location close to the Cathedral and Las Ramblas, and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Definitely a place I want to recommend to everyone - it feels like home!

This hotel is perfect for backpackers with its small and cozy rooftop bar, friendly staff, and great location. You can relax with a drink and enjoy the atmosphere day or night. The hotel restaurant and bar offer plenty of choices and the breakfast buffet is excellent value for money. Plus, the staff is always ready to help with directions and they even provide a handy map.

We had a wonderful stay at Ciutat in the Gothic quarter. The location was perfect for exploring the city and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and welcoming, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were comfortable with great amenities. The rooftop terrace and bar were a nice bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

We loved the location and the secure entrance at the hotel. The balcony overlooking the street was a nice touch. We also appreciated the concierge room to store our luggage. we recommend Ciutat for its convenience and cleanliness.

We stayed in a centrally located hotel close to the port and the underground station. The hotel is away from the Renfe stations, but it was not an issue for us. We discovered a great restaurant nearby which served all three meals and it included free bottled beer or wine if you went to see the Flamingo dancing. The room was comfortable, and housekeeping was always prompt in providing fresh towels and the room was clean. The hotel provided bottled water on each floor, which was a bonus.

There was no balcony in the room.

Conveniently located for zoo, beach, and marina with easy access to buses and tourist buses. Some nice bars and shops along the noisy street. Good-sized room for a family with a child. Comfortable rooms with free chilled water, a business center, and a rooftop deck with a dipping pool and bar. Friendly and helpful staff provide a welcoming experience.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the edge of the old district in a quiet street but close to many sights. The rooms are basic but clean, and I loved having two small balconies to enjoy the view. The attention to detail, such as the complimentary bottled water, was a nice touch.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great.

The rooftop pool and bar at Ciutat were fabulous! We had the best time lounging by the pool and enjoying refreshing drinks. The small touch of having free water bottles provided on each floor was a great addition. Despite a few minor inconveniences, our overall stay was good.

Great location close to city sights in El Born area and easy access to transportation. Clean rooms with comfortable bed and nice balcony view. Good breakfast with plenty of variety. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room lacked adequate storage with no shelves or drawers in the wardrobe.

The hotel had an amazing rooftop pool with a fine view of the surroundings. It was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated close to main attractions, restaurants, and bars, making it easy to explore the area on foot. A major advantage was the presence of fridges on every floor filled with complimentary bottled water, greatly appreciated during the hot summer days.

One downside was the noise from the busy street. Another drawback was that the air conditioning generator for the whole hotel was located just outside our room.

I recently stayed at Ciutat in Barcelona for a weekend getaway. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and there are many great dining options nearby. The breakfast provided was delicious and the wifi worked flawlessly. I was pleasantly surprised by the free water bottle service and the promotion for free cava. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I loved the quiet atmosphere towards the back of the building. a great experience.

Great location for exploring the historic area. Room was spacious and clean with a modern minimalist style. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Rooftop pool was clean and sunbeds were comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary bottled water and G&T with juniper berries.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the center of Barcelona on a quiet street but close to many sights. The rooms are spacious, and I loved the balcony overlooking the lovely old streetscape. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the basic amenities were all there, including a large size bed and a proper window for some light to come in. The breakfast had multiple choices, including some local food, and I especially enjoyed the hot and cold selections.

Just one small improvement needed: some empty trays in the breakfast area were not being replaced.
